Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer is observed prepared on site during time of inspection. Staff prepared fresh bleach sanitizer in a labelled spray bottle during time of inspection which measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare fresh bleach sanitizer solution in a labelled spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces throughout the day (as per approved sanitation plan). Obtain chlorine test strips to test chlorine concentration.

Observation: Floors in service area are observed sticky. Staff stated that the floors were mopped this morning.
Corrective Action(s): Degrease, clean and sanitize the floors to remove any sticky food debris on the floor and to prevent pest attraction.

Observation: In operator's absense, staff on duty does not have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent training.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one person on site has FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent at all times to ensure food is handled in a safe manner and the premises is maintained in a sanitary condition. Submit a copy of the invoice or proof of training to the health inspector.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- 2-door glass cooler at 4'C
- Temperature log is maintained - good
- General sanitation is okay (refer to violation)
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs and bleach
- Staff stated that bubble tea pearls are kept at room temperature and discarded after 4 hours (time stamp available on food container)
- All food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Ice machine is kept in a sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Permit posted in conspicuous location
