1. Spilt uncooked rice noted in cupboard under central handsink in the back
2. Curry splatter on cooking element and on outside of hot hold unit and inserts.
3. Food debris noted on counter of prep station
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above area are maintained in sanitary condition.

Observation: Gap noted in top gasket around door of dairy cooler allowing cold are to escape.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all gasket/door seals around coolers are securely installed and prevent leaking of cold air from unit. Leaks force the cooler compressor to work harder leading to a shorter life span and more break downs. Repair all damaged door seals/gaskets on coolers for better regular maintenance.
