Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. Under counter cooler/walk-in cooler measured at 2.8C. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
