General Comments:
-Handsinks had liquid soap and paper towel + warm water
-All coolers were at 4C or less.
-Freezer was at -14C
-QUATS sanitizer spray was at 400ppm -> 200ppm is best. *
-High temperature dishwasher reached 72.9C at plate level upon rinse.
-No signs of pests; general sanitation adequate
-Permit posted + up-to-date.
