Observation: General cleaning needed in hard to clean areas under shelving and behind storage areas. Old food debris, dirt and cod webs observed.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning and sanitization required in these areas. Correction required in 2 weeks.

Observation: Main cooler sliding door is broken and cannot be closed properly. Main cooler temperature is at 4C to 10C. New inventory being stocked at the time of inspection. Ensure repair is applied to cooler so temperatures can be maintained consistently below 4C for all contents.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure repair and service is applied to cooler so main cooler can reach 4C consistently throughout cooler. If the cooler fails and potentially hazardous food cannot be mained at 4C and below for more than 2 hours, all potentially hazardous foods will need to be discarded. Correction required in 2 days.

Recommendation: change out fly traps and fly paper when they become dirty.
