- Setup is as per the floor plans, with the exception of one item: A second bar hand sink is needed "as per the approved plans. Ensure that a new sink is installed within one month, as discussed.
All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius.
All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius.
No evidence of pests, pest control will be on contract.
Permit fee made payable to Fraser Health in the amount of $250.00 received.
The glass washer had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine .
Health Approval granted on the condition that the operator passes Foodsafe Level 1 with one month and that the additional hand sink in the bar is installed.
