Observation: Drain board for blenders still pooling water. As a result, blenders are still sitting rightside up with small volume of water inside. Blender should be stored upside down to allow for proper drainage and hence air drying.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/adjust shelve so that board drains (2 week). Suggest adding a shelving rack level to sit on top of drain board to allow for an air gap.

General: water observed on floor around ice cream machine and ice machine (back area), manager stated observations due to cleaning and ice being spilt respectively --> ensure areas are dried and sanitized to deter pests from harboring.
