Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C, except mentioned above.
-Pizza warmer not in use at this time.
-Back storage area satisfactory. Foods stored in and covered with food grade materials. Good.
-Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.
Improvement has been observed in terms of facility's general sanitation level, especially the back storage area. However, more attention is required for the general operational practice. Refer to the above violations.
Follow-up inspection to be conducted tomorrow on/before Monday, Feb 24, 2020. Until approved by the health inspector, facility CANNOT store any potentially hazardous food in the prep cooler, EVEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED by the technician. Please contact the health inspector to reschedule. |
