Observation: Mice droppings noted in the warehouse and melting room. Ants noted on the floor under the hand sink near the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure mice droppings are removed. Monitor the cleaning activity as part of the daily GMP check. Pest control service has treated for the ants.

Production was finished for the day at the downstairs production area. Metal detector record sheet was completed for the earlier production run.
A new panning production facility has been added upstairs (e.g., chocolate coated nuts).
Monitor the availability of warm water at the handwashing stations during GMP checks. Correct if lengthy delays are noted for water to heat up.
Sanitizer was detected in the dishwasher. Test strips are available
Hygiene station at the entrance to the production area was satisfactory.
All handwashing stations were stocked with soap and paper towel.
Pest control service comes twice per month.
