Introduction

An unscheduled/scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing of Practice (DLSP). All categories of care were inspected for compliance.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated June 05, 2023 there were 1 child and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

The following education/recommendations were provided:
- adding some resilient surface under slides in the back yard.
- revision policies to reflect current practice (if need be)
- exemption application for children in care (if need be)


Valid CRC, confirmed expiry date with licensee.
