Dessert cooler's top rail noted at 4.0C. Mop sink and top of dishwasher now noted in a sanitary condition. Hose below the server handwash sink area filled with foam. Menu made available to area inspection. Following violations still need to be addressed. To be evaluated during the first routine inspection: Cleaning of the mop bucket and wall by the walk-in cooler. Wall below server handwash sink must be made smooth and easily cleanable. Fraser Health's approval now granted for Sahota's Live Grill. Note: This approval does not exempt you from receiving approval from other regulatory agencies.
