Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No chlorine detected from the sanitizer. It appeared that only detergent was mixed in with the water.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to mix water and bleach only to act as a sanitizing agent. 200ppm bleach sanitizer was made at the time of inspection.

Observation:
- Dead flies and two live cockroaches observed on the insect monitor traps located inside the kitchen (next to domestic fridge and in the grease trap area).
Corrective Action(s):
- Remove all traps. Deep clean the area. Apply chemical treatment in the area after closing the store. Ensure no food / food contact surfaces are exposed. Clean off the dead pest afterwards and place new glue boards again to monitor.
