Routine inspection conducted Temperatures: Display cooler: 1.7°C Undercounter cooler #1: 1.9°C Undercounter cooler #2: 1.8°C Walk-in cooler (Shared with Superstore Deli): 4.1°C Walk-in freezer (Shared with Superstore): -20.2°C Sanitation: Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle. 3 compartment sink available for warewashing. QUATS sanitizer measured 200ppm at time of inspection. Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Storage area was well-organized. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. Products stored in pest-proof containers with lids.
