Reviewed clean up. - Floor and shelves throughout much improved. front area below handsink cleaner. Continue to target this area for improvement. - Hard-to-reach areas including around legs and beside equipment better. **Ice machine needs attention. Ice scoop must not be kept inside unit with ice. Store in separate vessel outside unit. **Dishwash area better, but due to general deterioration will continue to be a problem until long-term corrective measures taken. Discussed renovation plan with owner. Timeline dependent on opening of new location, after which this location will be closed and the floor, baseboards, ceiling (light fixtures), and general improvements will be made. Possible delay until November. Please submit general work plan to this office for review when closer to project date. Items on previous inspection report dated May 5th, 2022 will be addressed.
