Observation: *REPEAT* (Since Sept 20, 2022) Staff entrance / back door appeared to be in poor condition. Light observed coming from all sides and along floor.

Corrective Action(s): Door needs to be properly resealed so light is not observed to be leaking in from the outside. Weather strips and door seal needs to be replaced.
