Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Slicer was found to have food debris under the blade cover and on the arm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure slicer is disassembled for proper cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Slicer was disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.

Observation: Prep cooler was at 6C (bottom) to 8C (top). Cooler is scheduled to have gas added.
Corrective Action(s): Have cooler serviced and ensure it can maintain 4C or less at all times. Store minimal amounts of food in the inserts until the cooler is functioning at 4C.

r-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers (three) were at less than -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails and spray bottle tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Ingredient scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Prep cooler door seals have been repaired.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until Oct 11, 2019.
*Prior to completing renovations to the facility, submit floor plans to the Health Department for approval.
