Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (A new high temperature dishwasher was installed a few months ago according to staff. The final rinse temperature of the high temperature dishwasher was below 71 degrees C internally after running it three times (~45 degrees C). )

Follow up inspection:
-An electrician repaired the dishwasher and the final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter (78.9 degrees C) at the plate. Health approval to use the high temperature dishwasher was granted.
-A probe thermometer was obtained however it was not suitable for the dishwasher as it did not have a min/max option to monitor the final rinse temperature. It was mentioned that they would return this thermometer and obtain an appropriate one to monitor the dishwasher final rinse temperature.
