Follow up to initial inspection:

-Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests.
-Premise built according to plan with some revisions. See plan update dated July 17, 2019.
-Materials built of easy to clean, non absorbent durable for operation.
-Hot and cold running water available
-2 compartment sink with Hot temperature dishwasher final rinse at and above 71 deg. C at the plate
-All hand sinks have paper towels, liquid soap and running water.
-Storage areas protected from contamination.
-Sanitizer in use 200 ppm Quats.
-Sandwich cooler at 4 deg. C.
-Pop cooler at 4 deg. C.
-Chest counter freezer -18 deg. C.
-Stand up cooler at 4 deg. C.
All cooler units have temperature monitoring and probe in each unit.
-7.5% hydrogen Peroxide used for washrooms disinfection.
Other equipment in good working order

-Toaster.
-Espresso machine.
-Microwaves.
-Hookah equipment.
-Mop sink. Prep sinks.

Hookah equipment is washed and sanitized per use. Single use pieces are discarded per client.

-Single use items, utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary manner.

-washrooms are satisfactory with fully stocked hand sinks.

Approval to operate by Fraser Health issued. Ensure to meet all city requirements
