Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths still not stored in sanitizer. Corrective Action(s): WIping cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use. Have a sanitizer bucket in all prep areas.
