Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reviewed manual ware washing procedures with staff. Food equipment and utensils are washed at the day as a part of the closure procedures. All equipment used continuously throughout the day must be washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Ensure the sanitizing compartment of the 3 compartment sink is filled with a sanitizing solution throughout the day.
