Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Condenser panel inside of the ice machine is not maintained in a sanitary manner. Discard the ice products and have the unit properly washed and sanitized.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Under-counter prep cooler and yogurt was at 4C.
All cooler units equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units in the storage area were at -18C.
3 compartment sink method for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing was at setup. Concentration of quats was at 200ppm. Test strips were available.
Food items properly covered.
No pest activity noted.
Dipper well in use
Hand washing station satisfactory.

The following requires correction and monitoring:
Front display case cooler may be on a defrost cycle. Ambient air temperature of the unit was a 7.5C. Continue to monitor cooler unit to ensure it is capable of maintaining foods less than or equal to 4C.
Ensure food products such as wheat grass or food containers are not place on the floor and then transferred onto food preparation counters.
Ensure cleaning of floor mats or ceiling does not occur during food preparation.
