Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CLMS49. All violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CLMS49. -All food observed to be covered in the walk-in cooler. -Sauces being stored in the walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. -All handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -Chlorine sanitizer spray bottles available at the front and back kitchen area measured at 200ppm. -Underneath the stainless steel work tables, dry storage racks, preparation cooler shelving racks observed to be in sanitary condition. -Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification of staff on-site. Ensure at least one staff must be on-site at all times during operation able to present certificaiton upon request.
