Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of quat sanitizer measured 0ppm residual. Quats was also tested at dispenser also measured 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle of sanitizer replaced and unit primed. Bottles were refilled and measured a 200ppm Quat residual. Resanitize all food contact surfaces and monitor concentration daily with test strips.

Comments

- Stack of paper towels found on shelves with equipment. Move stack so that wet hands do not drip on food equipment until paper towel order arrives that fits new dispenser - Corrected during inspection.
- Hot and cold running water with liquid soap and single use towels at handbasin
- Walk-in cooler, deli display coolers and bistro coolers are all maintaining foods at 4C or colder
- Temperature logs are being maintained. Update with newest temp. log sheet
