Health permit valid and posted.
Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Ice machine was in sanitary condition.
Walk-in freezer was at -25 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at -1 deg C.
Food items in the freezer/cooler and dry storage area were stored on shelves.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm (dish surface). Test strips available, also for Quats sanitizer.
Sanitizer (Quats) measured 200 ppm.
Line freezer at -10 deg C (in defrost cycle)
Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Temperature log available and up to date (check 3x daily).
Hot holding (internal temp):
beef patties = 74 deg or hotter
grilled chicken = above 71 deg C
chicken strips and bread chicken = 67-75 deg C
chilli and cheese sauce = above 70 deg C
Employees wearing hair restraints and clean uniform.
Hand washing and glove changing were observed.
Washrooms were in stocked with sanitary supplies and clean.
Pest control monitoring in place.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
