Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Front of House chlorine spray bottle at 200ppm. 2-compartment sinks available for food preparation and beside low-temperature dishwasher. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine final rinse.
Prep coolers, undercounter cooler, stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Exhaust hood vents observed to be sanitary.

No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
