Routine inspection conducted - Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towels Note: Handle on tap required, order has been placed as per staff - All temperatures meet health requirements: * Walk in cooler at 4C * Sandwich cooler at 4C * Display cooler at 4C * Display freezers at -18C - Thermometers available for monitoring temperatures - Temperature logs kept and maintained - QUAT sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm concentration - All food products stored at least 6" off the floor - Staff washroom maintained with warm running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Note: Pressure is low on this sink, work order placed and plumber has been notified to correct pressure issue. - Facility organized and brightly lit - General sanitation of facility - GOOD - No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection, pest control in place
