General Observations: Upright kitchen cooler temperature was 2 degC Upright kitchen freezer temperature was -16 degC; foods in the freezer were frozen to the touch. Hand sink was fully equipped. 200ppm chlorine was available for use in a spray bottle Dishwasher rinse was 76 degC at the plate level Orkin pest control is on a monthly contract. ENSURE SUPERVISORS ARE AWARE OF WHERE THE SERVICE REPORTS ARE KEPT. The Chef had FS level 1 equivalent certification
