Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed scoops for onions and cabage rolls with food debris stored at room temperature for prolonged time.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to:
1. clean and sanitize the scoops immediately;
2. clean and sanitize the scoops every two hours or replace them; or
3. have ice bath available for prolonged use and replenish ice as necessary

Observation: Observed specific type of food product is being stored directly on shelves where food debris accumulation was noted. Operator stated that shelves get cleaned every week.

2. Clean shelves everyday
3. use food-friendly line paper to protect food from contamination; line paper must be replaced after each batch as they are single use products.
