Corrective Action(s): Correction: Operator discarded food and will use ice to cool small amount of food during dinner rush to be changed at least every 2 hours. Operator to contact repair company.

Corrective Action(s): Correction: Operator replaced with fresh 200 to 400ppm QUATS ensure QUATS sanitizer solution changed every 2 to 4 hours.

1) Flour scoop handle is broken.
2) Piece of roasted garlic found in garlic oil.
3) Ice scoop beside bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Correction:
1) Replace scoop as to prevent physical contamination.
2) Staff removed roasted garlic.
3) Staff separated scoop and bottle as to prevent cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Raw meat thawed in cold water changed every 30 mins.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Ensure water is changed every 20 mins and is below 4C. It can be thawed in the cooler as well.

Observation: Observation: Liquid hand soap dispenser at one of the hand sinks not working.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Ensure it is working so staff can adequately wash hands. Staff are able to use other hand sinks in the mean time.
