Premise not in operation at time of inspection - Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Prep cooler and a combo fridge-freezer unit was not plugged in during inspection. All other cold holding units were measured below 4C for coolers and below -18C for freezers - No signs of pests during inspection *Ensure mop bucket is emptied after use *Ensure food is stored off the floor to facilitate easy cleaning *Please send an updated copy of Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan to Health Office
