Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In front cooler, container of pinapple was stacked on top of container of olives without lids.
Corrective Action(s): Do not stack double stack foods without lids or covers. Ensure all stored foods are in food grade containers with lids or covers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was left open at the time of inspection. No screen door is installed.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave back door open as it will allow entry of pests without a screen door.

Observation: 1. Some of the new protective covers on equipment such as fridges and sinks will need to be removed as they are starting to peel and prevents adequate cleaning.
2. The wooden pizza pan holder needs to be refinished/repaired or replaced. The paint and wood is starting to chip off.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Peel off remaining plastic covers on equipment. Correction required today.
2. Ensure all equipment are constructed out of durable, easy to clean, non-absorbent, nontoxic material. Correction required in 2 weeks.
