Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
Freezer unit was at -18C.
Hot hold units were holding food above 60C.
All food stored protected, in the proper storage hierarchy and off the floor.
QUAT sanitizer available. 3 spray bottles and wall mounted dispensers (2 units) tested - all noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
General organization and cleanliness excellent.
Staff mentioned meat slicer is cleaned often throughout the day - at least 4 - 5 times. Remember, for any in-use equipment and utensils, wash, rinse and sanitize all components every 4 hours, or more often if overly soil and at the end of day.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Dry storage area noted cleaned and all materials were stored off the floor.
