-Follow-up inspection to July 04, 2017. -Operator states cooler units have been serviced. Cooler units were at 8C and 10C. No potentially hazardous foods were stored in the coolers at the time of inspection. Operator will not be using the refrigeration units to store potentially hazardous foods until unit has been repaired. Prior to using the refrigeration unit to store cold potentially hazardous foods, the inspector must be contacted and a follow-up inspection is to be carried out. -Rice is now being stored off the floor on top plastic crates. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
