Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Peelers and knives in storage had old food debris stuck to them. They need to be properly washed and sanitized before storage.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to wash and sanitize all utensils and equipment adequately before storing them away. This is a repeat violation. Correction required immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink next to dishwasher lacks paper towel and soup. Refill this station to ensure adequate hand washing. Staff are using hand washing station at the front in the mean time.

No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Dedicated hand washing sink in use with paper towels and liquid soap.
200 ppm chlorine solution in use in sani bucket.
Dishwasher final rinse at 71.2C at the plate after unit is heated.
Permit posted in front service area.
Coolers at 4C and below. Freezer at -18.2C. Hot holding unit for soup at 60C and above.
Front of the house sink is repaired -good. This sink is only used for drinking water.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Paper towel roll is on the shelf.
