Routine Inspection conducted today. In-depth COVID-19 compliance/assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer/staff use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Occupancy limit of 246 posted at front entrance and in every office rooms. Plexiglass barrier in place at front tills and lunch area. Health check conducted for employees at every shift. All cold-holding units met health requirements. Baby-formula within expiration date. All food products at back storage area stored 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests. Pest control done by external contractor. Pest control invoice shows no signs of pests at the month of 03/02/2021. Overall, facility is well organized and clean. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
