- Bakery section maintained in a sanitary condition *Slight moisture noted on floor in corner under carts with flour. There does not appear to be a leak. Asst Warehouse Manager to have area cleaned up and verify that moisture is not due to a leak. - Handsinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - Walk-in cooler was 1C - Walk-in freezer was -21C - Retail display coolers 1-4C - Pan washer functional. Rinse cycle was >71C as per thermolabel. Warehouse Manager verifies sanitizing temperature daily. - Quats sanitizer solution present in warewashing sink. Solution measured 200ppm. - No signs of pest activity noted
