Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CPXRR8 - No ice was stored unprotected in the bar area during the inspection. - Bar reach-in cooler was noted with an internal temperature of 4C. Cold potentially hazardous food in this unit was at 4C or below. - Dry storage room, back preparation sinks, main dishwashing area and bar area were noted in a sanitary condition. No mouse droppings were observed. - Floor below the shelves nearby the dishwashing area was noted sanitary. No more dark encrusted buildup. - Ceiling vents were observed to be a lot more cleaner. No heavy dust buildup noted. Outstanding issues to be corrected or have plans for correction by next routine inspection - Some flies still noted in the bar area - continue working with the pest control company to help with issue. Cracked/ missing part of the floor tile below the upright freezer beside the ice machine. Rust on the shelves in the walk-in cooler. Missing sealant behind the 3-compartment sink in the main dishwashing area.
