Observation: Some food debris is accumulating on the floor along cupboards and under equipment. Doors to coolers and fridges require cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean premises. Remove items that are not needed in kitchen so that premises is easier to clean. Provide adequate storage space for all food to be stored on site. Update your cleaning schedule.

Coolers (2) are at 4 C or colder. Freezers - satisfactory.
Dipper well is used with cold running water- good.
Hand washing sinks (staff and in washroom) are equipped with hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Disposable non-latex gloves are used by staff dispensing food.
Cookie dough - reviewed procedures. Please provide the food safety plan/ingredient information to Fraser Health.
Tree nuts and peanuts - allergy warning is posted. Keep ingredient information on site, including for the whipped cream.
No raw eggs.
Chlorine sanitizer is available. 100ppm chlorine detected. Reviewed frequency of changing sanitizer with staff.
Reviewed cleaning procedures for the ice cream machine. Chlorine sanitizer is used. Review your written sanitation plan. Recommend the sanitizing step is carried out just after the washing and rinsing steps.
