Premise met hygiene and sanitizing requirements: - Bleach sanitizer pail available at 200 ppm chlorine residual - All hand wash stations stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - Potato presser was immersed inside the first compartment of the 3 compartment sink (for washing) at time of inspection - Sanitizing compartment of 3-compartment sink contained approximately 200 ppm chlorine residual - Dough mixer (bowl + hook) in good sanitary condition Thank you for your co-operation.
