Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AVRUWZ:

- All potentially hazardous food items are stored at < or = 4C in the prep cooler.
- The prep cooler directly behind the hot holding unit was measured at 4C. There is still a water leak coming from the cooler.
- Daily temperature log available on site and up to date. Ensure to include the temperature of the hot holding unit as well.
- Rice scoop stored in ice water bath.
- One more staff will be FOODSAFE trained.
