Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Nitrile glove are being used by processing staff.
Walkin cooler at 2c and equipped with thermometer.
Dishwasher reached 72c at dish level.
Thermolabels are available for testing of dishwasher.
Sanitizer log is available onsite.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration in labelled spray bottle.
All staff has proper protective wear (ie. hair restraints/aprons)
Overall processing area is in sanitary condition.
Letter of confirmation for sale at farmers markets was provided at time of inspection to operator.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure to have batch/lot numbering completed and recording on daily basis (processing days)
2. Ensure to have lot numbers on finished product.
Provide Environmental Health officer with copies of new batch log records and labels demonstrating lot numbers.
