Observation: Blender sprayer was located inside designated hand sink.
Corrective action: Blender sprayer was disconnected from water supply and will be removed. The hand sink is to be used for handwashing only.

-two undercounter milk coolers at 4°C
-small undercounter sandwich cooler at 4°C
two standup glass coolers at 3°C.
-Front display cooler at 2°C.
-Temperature records available on site.
-All coolers equipped with accurate thermometers.
-Quats sanitizer in labeled bucket at 200 ppm. Quats measured 200 ppm from dispenser.
-Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels.
-Storage room well organized. All items covered.
-No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
-Operator is FOODSAFE certified.
-High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature 74°C at utensil surface.

Note: Operator stated that dishwasher is leaking water and is being serviced or replaced. Maintenance operator has been on-site to inspect dishwasher and is awaiting information form manufacturer. No leaking water observed at time of inspection.
