Pending violation:
-Line cooler has not yet been repaired/replaced. It is not currently in use; however cooler still requires repair/replacement as per previous inspection. F&B Director reported quotes have been received and unit is being ordered/purchased. F&B Director to email copy of invoice to confirm purchase and anticipated delivery date. Sales order shown at the time of inspection. Follow up inspection to be conducted to confirm cooler is in place and functional.

Corrected violation:
-Handsinks were all supplied with liquid soap and paper towel at the time of the follow up inspection. Ensure access to the handsink on the left side of the cooking line is not obstructed by the door.
