Observation: - Carpeted mats still require to be removed from kitchen.
- During inspection a catered event occured involving frying chicken outdoors. Deep fryer was placed unbalanced on gravel directly outside of an exit door. Deep fryer was left unattended to cool with direct public access.
Corrective Action(s): - Please remove carpeted mats and replace with washable mats - Date to be corrected: Immediately
- Area is not to be used until set up is approved including flooring ,washable counters, fireproof overhead canopy, handwashing and restricted access to public - Date to be corrected: Immediately

- A low temp glass washer has been installed in front tasting room. Dishwasher final rinse contained 100ppm chlorine residual. Acquire test strips to check daily
- Upright fridges are 4C or colder
- Preparation fridge is 4C
- Upright freezer is -18C or colder
- Temperature logs are being maintained
- Acquire bar mats for drying dishes instead of linens at tasting counter
- Quat sanitizer measured 200ppm residual in spray bottle
- Kitchen dishwasher reached 78C at the plate surface during final rinse
