-Coolers at 4 C or below.
-Hand sink in front equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. **Ensure sink in back is available for hand washing when meats are being prepared.
-Surface sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle and registered at 200 ppm chlorine.
-Sanitizing compartment for manual dishwashing registered at 100 ppm chlorine.
-General sanitation satisfactory.
**Operator was not on-site at the time of inspection to discuss food safety plan and meat production.
