Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less (internal temperature of foods measured at this time). Freezer measured at -18C or less. Hot holding unit, pizza and samosa measured at 60C. Reviewed cooking procedure of samosa at this time. Internal temperature measured at >74C after the cooking process. Cooling process reviewed with the operator. No concerns noted at this time. Food contact surface pails measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine. Ventilation hoods in sanitary condition. Next cleaning due Mat 21, 2023. Monthly pest control service in place. General food storage practice is adequate. Three compartment sinks with drain plug available for manual dishwashing. Additional staffs are FOODSAFE certified. Thank you.
