Comments

All fridges including the new fridge and the front fridge are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Warmers were maintaining foods at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Quat sanitizer measured 200 PM residual.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 75 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
A new handsink has been installed in kitchen with liquid soap and paper towel. A two compartment prep sink has been installed to replace the single compartment sink.
Washable boarding is being installed along all the walls during closed hours.
New light fixtures have been installed in kitchen. Replace missing light shield on the one that broke while being installed.
