Routine inspection:
Store personal items away from food storage and preparation area (e.g., vitamins, medicines, shoe inserts...etc).
Label "bleach solution" on the sanitizer spray bottle.
Restart temperature recording on log sheet daily.
Change the disposable gloves for making sandwiches at least every 2 hrs or when they are soiled.

Temperature of the soups on the steam table was satisfactory.
Temperature of the dishwasher was satisfactory.
Soap and paper towels were available at the handwashing stations.
