Follow up inspection. Corrective action completed: -Kitchen counter is now a finished food contact surface. -Front of the house hand sink facet has been repaired. Still waiting for dish washer part to apply repair. Operator states in the next week. In the duration, operator is using manual washing, rinsing, sanitizing and air drying steps with chlorine sanitizer. Switch and installation to a 3 compartment sink will meet the Food Premise Regulation requirement but requires health approval and City plumbing approval before construction can start.
