Handwashing facilities maintained - warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Washroom facilities maintained. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed. High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 72 C achieved. Right fridge 1 C / -11 C Left fridge 1 C / -7 C Thermometers provided in each cooler for temperature verification. Ensure cooler units are maintained at 4 C or colder. Detergent and bleach available for cleaning and sanitizing purposes. Sanitizer spray bottle available: 100 ppm chlorine ( 1tsp bleach / 1 liter water) Oven is not operational at time of inspection. New kitchen counter / cabinetry installed around 2 compartment sink to remediate previous moisture damage.
